After many years, I eventually started on my own therapeutic journey. 

It has been Life Changing,  Amazing!

Amongst many things,  My creative side was ignited. 

My dream was to have a small Business doing what I love.  Creating! 

In 2022 Mindful Presents, My Dream was created and I am so looking forward to my new Journey creating therapy resources is my way of giving back to the process. 

I am really passionate and enjoy what I do, and will always try to use environmentally friendly products where possible and source from sustainable and local suppliers.

Most of the items I create are bespoke at not on my website.
